Growing up my Dad was a Chef and my Mom loved to bake! For a few years they owned a deli called Kathleen's - Dad did all the savory and my Mom made her famous chocolate chip cookies, as well as so many other yummy treats. At Christmas time Mom made cookie trays of all of our favorite cookies. Since I was young I've had a love of cooking and baking. If you know anyone who is Italian, you know that part of our love language is gifting family and friends with food & sweets. It's always been a dream of mine to bring my love for baking into your homes! I hope you love my family's favorites sweets and my new choices! We are a Connecticut licensed Cottage Food Industry, and Serv Safe Certified company.
I strive to use only the best ingredients, choosing local when possible, I love making my own almond paste and vanilla.
